Shelf life Shelf life of the product is 12 months (indicated on the product packaging).
Storage conditions Store the product in a dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight.

Application
Consumption Approx. 12-13 l of mortar is obtained from 20 kg of the product. Approx. 1800 kg of dry blend must be used for the preparation of 1m 3 of the mortar.
Substrate preparation The substrate must be cleaned of dirt reducing adhesion (loose factions, dust, oil stains, grease etc.). Use compressed air for this purpose, if necessary. Moisten the surface with water (avoiding the formation of stagnation). Then seal gaps and cracks and install packers for injection.
Stirring ratio Plastic consistency (horizontal planes): – 4.4 l of water per 20 kg of the product (approx. 22 % of water) liquid consistency: – 5.6 ÷ 6.4 l of water per 20 kg of the product (approx. 28 – 32 % of water)
Stirring The product should be mixed with clean water using a contra-rotating stirrer or a contra-rotating concrete mixer. Pour into a vessel or a concrete mixer 2/3 of the gauging water, the contents of the bag and briefly mix all, then pour the remainder of the water and mix again until reaching the desired consistency. The total mixing time should be approximately 4 – 6 minutes. The equipment used for the preparation should be cleaned with water.
Method of application The material application should be executed using low-pressure injection pumps.
